Eco Accessories Guarantee
It is unusual that any of our customers are unhappy with the products we supply. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the product you have purchased, you can return it to Eco Accessories and we will refund your money in full. Products must be returned to Eco Accessories within 14 days of you receiving the goods.

Some products we provide include a manufacturers guarantee. Please refer to the individual product for details regarding this.

Delivery 
Due to the fact that our supplier is located in Costa Rica it can take anything from 6 to 12 weeks to receive shipments. The current international security situation also introduces additional delays as shipments may be searched by Customs personnel.

We apologise if your order has not been received due to delays in shipping. However, we have no control over this situation and we would like to assure you do that we always do our best to deal with each order in a timely manner when processing it in the UK.
